Gabriele was born in 1977 in Rome; from an early age
he has always wanted to be a cook.
After his studiesin hotellerie, he start chef career in an important restaurant in Rome: “Il Symposio”.
PIZZARIUM was born in 2003 where Bonci proposes his own version of the pizza in the pan.
BONCI BAKERY open in 2012 after the great success of Pizzarium in Via Trionfale in Rome
In 2017 Bonci conquers America
with 2 premises in Chicago and 1 in Miami.
Gabriele opens his blog in 2010.
After the opening of Pizzarium and two years before the birth of the Bonci Bakery,
Gabriele starts writing about food.
